<div style="color: #000000; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;"><span class="oneComWebmail-font"><span class="size" style="font-size: 13px;">„Als Verfolgungsgründe sind sexuelle Orientierung und geschlechtliche Identität im Asylrecht angekommen. In der Praxis zeigt sich jedoch, dass der Schutz für LGBTIQ-Geflüchtete Defizite aufweist. In Unterkünften droht Gewalt, Einvernahmen verfehlen die Lebensrealitäten von Betroffenen. Der Vortrag geht Umsetzungsdefiziten nach und greift dabei auf Perspektiven der Legal Gender Studies zurück; im Fokus steht die Frage nach dem Verhältnis von Recht und Heteronormativität. Zentrale These ist, dass Heteronormativität als Struktur nicht nur Verfolgung hervorbringt, sondern auch dem Schutz vor Verfolgung entgegensteht. Damit ist die asylrechtliche Binarität von Herkunftsstaat (Gefahr) und Aufnahmestaat (Schutz) überschritten, und so lassen sich Schutzhindernisse aufzeigen, die rechtsdogmatischen Methoden verborgen bleiben. Auf dieser Basis kehrt der Vortrag schließlich auf die Ebene der Rechtspraxis zurück. Dabei geht es darum, Alternativen für eine kritische Rechtspraxis zu benennen und dem Gesprächspotential zwischen Gender Studies und Rechtswissenschaften so neue Räume zu eröffnen.</span></span></div>
