Das Screening wirkt als Vorsortieranlage, bei dem primär nach Herkunftsländern sortiert wird. Faire Asylverfahren wird es in Massenlagern an der Grenze aber nicht geben. Es findet keine umfassende, individuelle Prüfung der Fluchtgründe statt. »Entweder gibt es Hauruckverfahren im Eiltempo oder die Menschen sitzen lange in einem Zustand der Perspektivlosigkeit fest«, kritisiert Burkhardt.</span><br><br><span style="color: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; text-decoration: inherit;"> Der Pakt droht somit, den Rechtsstaat an den Außengrenzen abzuschaffen. In Lagern unter freiheitsbeschränkenden Lagerbedingungen – wie u.a. von der griechischen Regierung geplant – ist kein effektiver Rechtsschutz möglich, die gerechte Würdigung des Einzelfalls bleibt auf der Strecke.</span><br><br><span style="color: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; text-decoration: inherit;"> Die nun bekannt gewordenen »Abschiebepatenschaften« durch andere nichtaufnahmewillige EU-Staaten, sind für Schutzsuchende bedrohlich. Die neue europäische Solidarität heißt, sich darin einig zu sein, Menschen abzuschieben.</span></span></div>
