<p style="text-align: justify;">Mit den <a href="https://www.proasyl.de/news/achtung-hau-ab-gesetz-ab-morgen-in-kraft-neuregelungen-des-migrationspaktes-im-ueberblick/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Gesetzesänderungen durch das Migrationspaket wurde</a> auch bei der Duldung einiges verändert. Ausbildung und Beschäftigung sind nun – unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen – feste Duldungsgründe. Es wurde aber auch mit der »Duldung Light« eine Duldungsform mit scharfen Sanktionen geschaffen.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Aktuell leben 191.000 geduldete Menschen in Deutschland – Tendenz steigend.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Mit den <a href="https://www.proasyl.de/news/achtung-hau-ab-gesetz-ab-morgen-in-kraft-neuregelungen-des-migrationspaktes-im-ueberblick/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Gesetzesänderungen durch das Migrationspaket wurde</a> auch bei der Duldung einiges verändert. Ausbildung und Beschäftigung sind nun – unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen – feste Duldungsgründe. Es wurde aber auch mit der »Duldung Light« eine Duldungsform mit scharfen Sanktionen geschaffen.</p>

<p>Pro Asyl hat die Informationen zur Fragestellung "Was ist eigentlich eine Duldung?" aktualisiert und erweitert.</p>

<p>Der Artikel umfasst ua. Fragen (und Antworten) zu : Welche Rechte haben geduldetet Menschen? ,Was ist eine Ausbildungsduldung?, Wer bekommt eine Duldung?, Können Menschen mit Duldung ein Bleiberecht bekommen ?usw.</p>
