e.V. (Antidiskriminierung · Empowerment · Praxisentwicklung)
hat in einem Fachbeitrag Beobachtungen und Gedanken
zusammengetragen, um trotz oder gerade während der aktuellen
Ausnahmesituation einen aufmerksamen Blick auf
gesellschaftliche Ausgrenzungssituationen nicht zu
vernachlässigen.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Sie
beschreiben, wie Diskriminierungserfahrungen im Kontext von
Corona zunehmen und wie Zugangsbarrieren zu digitalen sozialen
Räumen ebenso wie Freiheitsbeschränkungen des öffentlichen
Raumes gerade da, wo Zuhause nicht bedeutet, über einen
schönen und sicheren Ort zu verfügen, eine massive – und zum
Teil gesundheitsgefährdende – Verschlechterung der Situation
bedeutet. Sie schildern, wie die Aufmerksamkeit hinsichtlich
gesundheitlicher Vorbelastungen bei denjenigen belassen wird,
die Schutz einfordern müssen.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span
style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri
Light",sans-serif">Auswirkungen auf junge Geflüchtete </span></b></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Auch
wir erfahren in allen Kontexten unserer Arbeit, welche
massiven Auswirkungen die zweifelsohne notwenigen Maßnahmen
zur Eindämmung der Virusverbreitung auf den Alltag und die
Resilienz junger Geflüchteter haben: Soziale Distanz im
Betreuungssetting, die Streichung von Sport- und
Freizeitangeboten bei gleichzeitigem Schulausfall, die Sorge
um die Situation von Verwandten im Ausland,
gesundheitsgefährdende Lebensbedingungen von Freunden und
Verwandten in Gemeinschaftsunterkünften oder gar in Lagern an
den europäischen Außengrenzen – all dies belastet die
Jugendlichen in Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen während dieser Zeit
immens.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Kinder
und Jugendliche mit ihren Familien, die in Großunterkünften
leben, sind den Auswirkungen der Begrenzungen des Kontakts und
den Einschränkungen der Nutzungsmöglichkeiten des öffentlichen
Raums noch viel stärker ausgesetzt. Voraussetzungen, den
Schulausfall von zuhause zu kompensieren sind hier ungleich
schwieriger. Benachteiligungen im Bildungssystem werden hier
potentiell reproduziert. Soziale Isolation und Freiheitsentzug
können je nach biographischen Vorerfahrungen Trigger sein.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Zugleich
sind psychosoziale und pädagogische Unterstützungsangebote
selbst mit der Bewältigung der Situation befasst und
angewiesen, den Kontakt auf das notwendige Minimum zu
beschränken und methodisch zu verändern, auf digitale Optionen
umzustellen. Von Seiten traumatherapeutischer Angebote
erfahren wir, dass die Maßgabe, nur in Notfällen Therapien
anzubieten bzw. fortzusetzen schwierig umzusetzen ist, haben
doch viele, nahezu alle, in der aktuellen Situation deutlich
erhöhten Bedarf.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span
style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri
Light",sans-serif">Wie lässt sich Solidarität umsetzen?
</span></b></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Es
ist unsere Aufgabe, gesellschaftliche Ausgrenzungen und die
Ränder der Versorgungsstruktur zu identifizieren und zu
benennen. Es lässt sich nicht aufhalten, dass diese sich im
Zuge der sich derzeit überschlagenden Ereignisse verändern,
verschärfen. Umso wichtiger ist es bereits jetzt die gebotene
Solidarität auch auf jene gesellschaftlichen ‚Gruppen‘ und
Bereiche zu richten, die von der aktuellen Krise in besonderer
Weise betroffen sind und Solidarität nicht nur während dieser
Krisenzeit sondern auch und gerade für die Zeit danach
einzufordern.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Die
Kolleg*innen von Adis e.V. haben wichtige Gedanken zu
Ausschlüssen und Diskriminierungen in Zeiten von Corona
verschriftlicht und geben Denkanstöße, wie wir diese
reflektieren können, um in unserer jeweiligen Arbeit dagegen
