BumF-Herbsttagung 2019</span></h2>

diesjährige Herbsttagung
stand unter dem Motto „Gut
ankommen?!“, sie bildete
gleichzeitig den Abschluss
des dreijährigen
Kooperationsprojektes „Gut
ankommen – Fachkräfte
qualifizieren.
Kindgerechte Aufnahme
unbegleiteter
Minderjähriger“ des BumF,
dem Deutschen Institut für
Jugendhilfe und
Familienrecht e.V. sowie
terre des hommes. <br>
In zahlreichen Vorträgen,
Fachforen und
Podiumsgesprächen wurden
gemeinsam mit Fachkräften
der Kinder- und
Jugendhilfe
unterschiedliche Themen
bearbeitet und diskutiert.
Thematische Schwerpunkte
waren unter anderem die
rechtliche und
pädagogische Perspektive
von Familientrennungen und
Familienzusammenführungen,
Schnittstellen und
veränderte
Jugendhilfestrukturen in
der Arbeit mit begleiteten
und unbegleiteten
Minderjährigen, aktuelle
Herausforderungen und
Handlungsoptionen in
Fällen von Menschenhandel,
die Situation
unbegleiteter
Minderjähriger in
Griechenland und der
Türkei sowie die
asylrechtliche Situation
geflüchteter Menschen aus
Guinea. Darüber hinaus
behandelten einzelne
Fachforen dringliche
Themen wie Partizipations-
und Empowerment-Ansätze,
Soziale Arbeit mit
unbegleiteten
minderjährigen Mädchen*,
Bleibeperspektiven
jenseits des
Asylverfahrens sowie
Handlungsmöglichkeiten im
Umgang mit Polizei und
Sicherheitsbehörden bei
Abschiebungen.<br>
Besondere Aufmerksamkeit
erfuhren die
Filmpräsentation „La
Couleur du Coeur“ und das
anschließende Gespräch mit
den jungen
Hauptprotagonisten und
Filmemacherinnen.<br>
<br>
Wir möchten uns an dieser
Stelle noch einmal sehr
herzlich bei allen
Teilnehmer*innen und
Referent*innen bedanken,
die zum organisatorischen
und inhaltlichen Gelingen
unserer diesjährigen
Herbsttagung beitrugen.
Ein besonderer Dank gilt
den Referierenden, die aus
der Türkei und
Griechenland anreisten, um
uns von der Situation vor
Ort zu berichten. Ein
herzliches Dankeschön für
die großartigen
Übersetzungsleistungen
geht an die
Dolmetscher*innen Winnie
und Stefan sowie an Green
Congress für die
Übersetzungstechnik. Wir
bedanken uns außerdem bei
unseren drei
Schülerpraktikant*innen
Rafaat, Helen und Ali, die
uns wesentlich auf der
Tagung unterstützten.<br>

<p>Am 17. August 2019
erschoss ein
Polizeibeamter im
niedersächsischen
Landkreis Stade den
jungen Volljährigen Aman
Alizada. Der
Polizeibeamte ist
weiterhin im Dienst. Im
Oktober 2019 gedachten
eine Vielzahl von
Menschen in
Niedersachsen dem jungen
Geflüchteten aus
Afghanistan.<br>
Die Umstände des Todes
werfen Fragen zum
Tathergang sowie zur
fehlenden psychosozialen
Unterstützung für
geflüchtete Menschen
auf. Über den Vorfall
wurde verschiedenfach in
der Presse
berichtet. BumF-Landeskoordinatorin

Netzwerkarbeit gründete
sich am 8.10.2019 der
Verein „Bundesforum
Vormundschaft und
Pflegschaft e.V.“ in
Frankfurt am Main.
Gemeinsames Ziel der
Gründungsmitglieder, zu
denen bislang 15
Organisationen und zwei
Einzelmitgliedern auch der
Bundesfachverband umF e.V.
gehört, ist eine starke
Vormundschaft, die an der
Seite der Kinder und
Jugendlichen steht, ihre
Interessen im Blick hat
und nachdrücklich
vertritt.<br>
Das Bundesforum
Vormundschaft und
Pflegschaft e.V.
kritisiert in einer am 23.
Oktober 2019
veröffentlichten
Stellungnahme die für
stationäre Leistungen
erhobene
Kostenheranziehung junger
Menschen in der Kinder-
und Jugendhilfe. Die
gegenwärtige Heranziehung
von 75 Prozent des
Einkommens diskriminiert
die jungen Menschen
gegenüber ihren
Altersgenossen und
widerspricht dem Ziel der
Verselbstständigung und
Entwicklungsförderung. Das
Bundesforum fordert in
seiner Stellungnahme die
Streichung der
Kostenheranziehung: sie
demotiviert junge Menschen
und verhindert Ansparungen
für eigenen Wünsche; sie
widerspricht den
Erziehungszielen und denen
der Leistungen für junge
Menschen; die
Kostenheranziehung führt
zu Hilfeabbrüchen und
befördere Benachteiligung
sowie Diskriminierung
gegenüber jungen Menschen
in der stationären Kinder-
und Jugendhilfe. <br>
