Jugendämtern, Trägern der
Jugendhilfe,
Beratungsstellen

Projektes “Gut ankommen –

über 3.500 unbegleitete
minderjährige Flüchtlinge
mangelt es in Griechenland
an kindgerechten
Unterbringungskapazitäten
und überfüllte „Hotspots“
liegen weit über ihren
"Auslastungsgrenzen". Viele
unbegleitete Minderjährige
leben unter katastrophalen
Bedingungen, sie leiden
unter Mangelversorgung sowie
körperlicher und
sexualisierter Gewalt. Viele
von ihnen versuchen, alleine
und auf gefährlichen Wegen
der Situation in
Griechenland zu entkommen.<br>
<br>
Für die sozialpädagogischen
Fachkräfte der Kinder- und
Jugendhilfe, für
Fluchtsozialarbeitende und
für Vormund*innen sind
Kenntnisse über diese
Lebensbedingungen zentral
für den Vertrauens- und
Beziehungsaufbau und um
bedarfsgerechte
Unterstützung anzubieten.
<p>Der Verein Equal Rights
Beyond Borders erstellte
gemeinsam mit dem BumF
einen Bericht, der neben
den rechtlichen
Rahmenbedingungen auch die
faktische Situation für
Minderjährige in
Griechenland beschreibt.<br>

<p>Erneut kam es in einer
Jugendhilfeeinrichtung zu
einem gewaltvollen
Polizeieinsatz.<br>
Am frühen Morgen des 2.
Juli 2019 drangen
Polizeibeamte in eine
Jugend-WG eines Berliner
Jugedhilfeträgers ein.
Beamten traten Türen ein,
zogen schlafende
Jugendliche mit
vorgehaltener Waffe aus
den Betten und legten sie
in Handschellen. Bei
keinem der Jugendlichen
gab es einen Verdacht auf
eine Straftat. Der BumF,
der Flüchtlingsrat Berlin,
ReachOut-Berlin und Evin
e.V. fordern die sofortige
Aufklärung des Vorfalls
sowie die Sicherstellung,
dass bei Polizeieinsätzen
in
Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen
unbeteiligte dort lebende
junge Menschen vor
rechtswidrigen und
unverhältnismäßigen
Maßnahmen geschützt
werden.<br>
