<p>Leider sind es keine
Einzelfälle: Abschiebungen
erfolgen auch aus
Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen
heraus, Familien werden
bei der Abschiebung
getrennt, Kinder werden
ohne Sorgeberechtigte
zurückgelassen, und selbst
gegen Minderjährige wird
Gewalt angewandt. Allein
in den letzten Wochen gab
es mehrere solcher Fälle
in Brandenburg und Bayern.
Die zuständigen Behörden
missachten dabei
elementare Grundrechte und
das Kindeswohl.<br>
<br>
Der Bundesfachverband umF
fordert die mit dem
Vollzug des
Ausländerrechts betrauten
Behörden auf, den
rechtsstaatlichen Rahmen
nicht zu verlassen und das
Wohl von Kindern vorrangig
zu berücksichtigen, statt
sie um jeden Preis
abzuschieben. Für die
Jugendhilfe bedeutet dies
parteiisch an der Seite
der in ihrer Obhut
befindlichen Kinder und
Jugendlichen zu stehen und
gemeinsam mit den Kindern
und Familien nach Wegen zu
suchen, die Perspektiven
ermöglichen - auch
entgegen Vorhaben
ordnungspolitischer
Behörden.<br>

systematische Verschwinden
vietnamesischer
Minderjähriger</a> aus
Einrichtungen der
Jugendhilfe veröffentlicht.
Dabei wurden Strukturen des
gezielten Menschenhandels
mit Minderjährigen
aufgedeckt.<br>
<br>
In Berlin wurden laut den
Recherchen seit 2012 474
vietnamesischen
Minderjährigen von
Kindernotdiensten und
Jugendämtern vermisst
gemeldet. In Brandenburg ist
eine steigende Zahl
vermisster Minderjähriger zu
verzeichnen. Den
Vermisstenanzeigen wird
jedoch nicht ausreichend
nachgegangen. Der
Bundesfachverband umF
fordert Politik und Behörden
dringend zum Handeln auf, um
die Minderjährigen besser zu
schützen.<br>
